Doublebase needed to clearly communicate its core benefit: medically formulated emollients that are easy to access, and effective in real life. In a category often split between clinical credibility and emotional reassurance, we set out to bridge the gap between the two worlds.

A bold split-screen visual contrasted a stark, clinical white world with intimate macro crops of real skin. Working alongside the packaging design team, we used standout packaging to our advantage – showing the brand's distinctive pink as a beacon of relief that travelled over the skin to visually dramatise soothing efficacy in problem areas.
The campaign rolled out across six TV idents, digital, OOH and a full Waterloo Station takeover, where real-time messages turned 24-hour efficacy into useful, contextual media.
